Rainfall accompanied by 50-degree temperatures has melted snow and broken apart ice on the brooks. Consequently, East, Bowley, and Houghton Brooks to name a few pictures below are now flowing, which is increasing the water level on the Webb and causing the ice on the lake to shift and move the shoreline. Each brook has its own ice blocks or ice submerged similar to the big ice jam accumulating in the Webb River.
